The issue here of being a 24-hour convenience store is that five times out of 10 I go in there and they say they're on a 10 to 20 minute break. Well we are on our way to work and we don't have time to wait 20 minutes. Update for response to owner; No need to call you owner. I don't want anything.... Just sharing my experience. I respect your store. I know it's rough there with the environment. So I commend you for that. But you're just not 24hrs.
