To Whom It May Concern at Atlantic Richfield Company (ARCO): It is both disgraceful and legally questionable that a major company like ARCO continues to operate fuel stations in California without providing public restroom access to paying customers. Earlier today, while traveling to San Diego, I stopped at one of your locations to refuel and buy snacks. Like any normal human being, I also needed to use the restroom. I gave him $30 for gas, and I asked him if I could use the restroom, but he said they didn't provide public restrooms. Are their restrooms only for employees? Customers can't use it? Then I asked him to return the $30 to me, and I went to a nearby Chevron to fill up. These people are so unkind.
THIS IS NOT AN AMPM! It uses the name but does not allow you to use the app and everything is overpriced. This is an Arco station with a Food Mart, NOT AN AMPM!! Using AMPM as a marketing front but not AMPM pricing. Soda out of machine was awful, not brand name syrup and water tasted like old fridge. Nasty!!! go up to Crown Valley AMPM for a real AMPM.
Trash place. Don’t come here
