Customer service is horrible 2ft away from a free way exit denied the use of restroom while I’m on a road trip then had no tobacco to buy the customer service is horrible they judge people judging someone who is a Dr with phd and they need better management to train their employees and restroom supposedly for no employees to use they have to walk to jack in the box horrible service here will never return here recommend if you wanted be treated fair take the extra miles and go to shell or chevron

I went there to cash my scratch tickets, but Dustin refused to help me because it was 1 minute past 9 pm. He claimed it was a policy set by manager Amy. The issue is, it was clear he took pleasure in denying service. I plan to follow up to see if this policy is legitimate. The service was unfriendly and unprofessional from start to finish.
