I’m a young woman and the older man in the store in front of all the customers in the store loudly made comments about how I look in my id photo and publicly embarrassed me then made fun of me for not updating my ID photo to look like my current hair and look. I am so upset & hurt by the level of Service I and my patient received. My client is a blind disabled young adult who was excited to purchase her 1st CA Lottery ticket.
