Theives and unprofessional! Well, Strike 1) They charged me twice for fuel purchased once. Strike 2) The manager wouldn't talk to me - He said, "Call Arco Customer Relations - 1-800-322-2726. When I was informed that the station was owned locally by a franchisee, I now had to reach back out to the Store Manager (the owner?!?) - So I took out that morning's "Cup-of-Joe" (Coffee) receipt, and called the local number - 425-882-8586 - NO GO!!
