AM PM 57 W Powell, 97030 – Went for gas, to check lottery tickets, and to buy a couple more lottery tickets. Gas service was fine. Paid inside with cash. Cashier refused to ring up gas and lottery together. Gave me change for gas and then completed lottery transaction separately. I set cash for lottery on counter right way when she gave me change from gas. When she returned to counter she just stared at me with her hand out and reused to give me lottery tickets.
