All the people at amplisound are friendly and very professional. I have dealt with Ralph on multiple occasions, doesn't rush through anything, answers all questions and concerns.This last visit I had Jim who I had one time before.l have older high power BTE units and needed to have the units unsynced for when I am listening to music to be able to adjust volume separately.
