At the front desk, Kim is always pleasant and has been very helpful when I've run into minor technical problems with my hearing aids. Jim has done my hearing evaluations, discussed the latest product offerings that suit me, and, after purchase, has periodically adjusted the settings for peak performance. Amplisound works with my Healthcare provider to get me the best value for my money and they stand behind the products they sell. Great experience all around. Highly recommended...
