Kity was lovely and the service was excellent!
Never again, was told nothing wrong with my hearing aids and moulds. Have gone to the opposition and yes, there was issues with my hearing aids and moulds. Have given them a written request to transfer my files to the opposition. They can't even do that. Bad service all round. Stay well away.
Waste of time, rescheduled my appointment 3 times to then cancel it when I arrived because I was under 26. Even with a GP referral, they will not test you.
