They did an initial screening test (for Noel Smith ) and found an anomaly in my left ear. They quickly followed up with the audiologist ( Grace ) who did more extensive testing, and to my relief, cleared my ears as esentially normal for my age - so no hearing aids for me. I was very happy with the service and professionalism.
