I received the government funded hearing aids from the Sunbury store. They were crap. They only get you in there to upsell could cost up to $8000
Great service and clinicians.
Hidden fees - it costs $110 to get your formal results. The staff member I saw appeared frustrated to assess me from the moment I was there. I booked in for a 60min assessment for symptoms of hearing loss, she told me I was “too young” for that and gave me a less than 5min assessment instead. Would not recommend - go to Sunbury Specsavers instead.
