First saw Helen a few years ago at the beginning of my hearing aid journey. She made the whole experience informative and very worthwhile. I have become an advocate for.hearing aids and Helen ever since In the years that I have been a client I have always found the service provided by Chantelle to be always of the highest level. I would thoroughly recommend Amplifon Lakehaven to anyone with hearing issues .
Great place to go when your having hearing problems. The experience starts as you walk in the door. You’re greeted by a lovely lady named Chantelle, if you just need a quick cleaning of your hearing aids, or something as simple as a supply of batteries, general inquiry, or to make a booking to see the audiologist Helen, who is also a lovely lady with many credentials under her belt, it’s all just a simple question away. Staff are awesome and very helpful
Receptionist is not up to par. Can’t book times in correctly and has a bad attitude when questioned.
From the moment you walk in Chantelle is so happy and welcoming. Her phone manner is impecable, very professional, nothing is too much trouble. Helen is also amazing, they have both been so accommodating and so helpful. Helen sorted me out with the correct hearing aid (thank you) Helen is very warm and friendly and couldnt do enough for me. Both these ladies are an absolute asset to amplifon. Thank you so much!!!!!!!
