I’m terrible with remembering names. My experience was absolutely wonderful. I have zero complaints and nothing but praise for my visit. She was so kind and knowledgable and personable. Made it very easy to understand. The testing was not uncomfortable in any way! I felt like I was talking to a friend a family member. It was so easy! The shared waiting room is very sketchy, crowded with old chairs that have seen better days. The hearing aid practicioners were professional and the examination rooms and equipment was modern and clean. Nicole clearly explained the state of my hearing and the options to treat, without pressure. So if you can get by the waiting room, the experience gets better!
Went in today February 24, and had my hearing test done.The hearing aid practitioner Nicole, was extremely friendly and explained everything to me. She also adjusted my hearing aids and helped download the app for my hearing aids and explained how to use the app, as well as bluetoothed my aids to the app for me. I can’t say enough about how relaxing it is to have someone care that much about my hearing health.Thank you for taking care of me.Nicole you deserve an A+.

Nicole was so knowledgeable in her understanding of my hearing issues. The whole exam went so smoothly and the selection for my new hearing aids was very thorough in the explanation. I had previously used this company years ago but found with the new people like Nicole the experience was superior in every way. I would highly recommend Nicole and Amplifon in Chestermere. Brad B
