Though I had never had dealings with them, the kind people in the Amplifon clinic in Stratford bailed me out of a very difficult situation. I found them through the yellow pages. I had come to visit my son and family for two weeks and forgotten my Phonak charger at home. Rather than a pleasurable, my visit would have been more of an ordeal—impossible really— without my hearing aids, particularly as I had to travel to Toronto as well in that period, and then fly back home.
