After over 20 years with hearing aids, I am delighted to have had my hearing aids 'adjusted'; when I say adjusted - they are more like new! I just got Oticon aids (Danish company with brain research long suit) that I am impressed with. But more than that i am most impressed by the experience of the admin and specialist staff and the Amplifon position in the marketplace. They are NOT a front for a hearing aid manufacturer but a hearing services company (Italian origin with 130 + locations in Canada) so they are neutral and have knowledge of and access to 7 different worldwide hearing aid manufacturers. I was somewhat apprehensive when I arrived at the clinic for the first time, as a previous appointment elsewhere had been most disappointing. Paula welcomed me immediately with her wonderful smile and, as soon as I was introduced to Abby, I knew I was in the right place. I was treated, not only with respect but, with kindness. I received professional, knowledgeable treatment, and I know I am always welcome to return.
