I had been going to Activesrs and required a repair on my hearing aid. I called to see if I could drop in, however I was advised that I’d have to leave my hearing aid, but they didn’t know the cost until it came back and it would take 2 weeks. I decided to wait because I wanted to know the cost before I left it. Wonderful visit. The team was extremely knowledgeable and patient. Spent time talking with us about the testing process and outcome. Answered all our question and were did not rush us. Thank you for your expertise and knowledge.
The ladies in Hanover are fantastic. They are fun, inviting, outgoing & intelligent. Sarah the specialist was knowledgeable and had an answer for all of my question's & her smile was contagious.
