I have asked 3 times to be removed from your contact list as i purchased another brand . i have still not be removed and the sales agent wouldn't remove me un less i gave them my full name address and date of birth. bad business practice
Ferntree Gully office is a shambles. Had to return my hearing aids over 5 times. Paid for by WorkCover. Sent them away yet again for repair. Absolute junk.
Worst experience! Lack of transparency!
Beware of this dodgy company. They want your information and won't stop calling your number as you are in their database. When asked to be removed from their database they ask you high risk personal information and identity questions! Do not in any circumstances answer them and block their number. Very un-Australian and disgusting behavior! Amplifon you will be reported to the Australian ombudsman of your Cyber theft / Data theft & Phishing tactics.
