Excellent service and explanation of everything.
I had a repair needed to my hearing aid the lady at reception stated they didn't have the part but would order it in she said it would be about 2 weeks it has now been 6 weeks and I am still waiting when my husband enquired about the delay she said the part has to come from Singapore ADDIT thank you to Amplifon staff for sourcing a temporary solution so can use I can use my hearing aid until the part arrives much appreciated
