I have had an amazing journey guided by Bella the audiologist, and also help from receptionist Karen. Fantastic friendly service by Bella and Karen. Very helpful with fitting me with my new hearing aids. Bella takes you through all the steps necessary in testing and supplying my hearing aids including how to use their app on my phone. So nice to be served by such a lovely lady who also has a great sense of humour and cares for my well being with my new aids. I would highly recommend the Ellenbrook Amplifon to everyone. And it is amazing to hear the world with such clarity, makes me smile every day. Thank you Bella.
Karen the receptionist has a friendly disposition. Bella the audiologist is excellent also.She explains things in a manner that we oldies can understand and is very good at her job.If you think you are having hearing issues,please give them a try.
