Having a severe hearing loss, I was last told to go Amplifon rather than Phonak as they are better even though I said I felt the phonak was better. I go back on Saturday and was asked why I switched to Amplifon as Phonak are better for my type of loss. I am then told that my aid was quite old at 4 years but honestly, I can't tell any difference between that aid and the state of the art phonak i bought Saturday.
Gentle people actually take notice to being asked questions make you feel at ease.. great service
Gave me my hearing back. These people in the Browns plains office are very polite, helpful, efficient, in what they do. I even got follow up calls. N welcomed back if i had any problems with my hearing aids.. wpuld recommend them as a professional expert on hearing.. thankyou to staff n managament for what you have done for me..
Customer Service next to none. I mean none. Waited over 1/2 hour past appt time. Not even spoken to by 4 staff as they scurried around to fix paperwork ? Something is not right here. Avoid
