If you’re after hearing aids that are reliable and an establishment that has professional, knowledgeable and helpful staff then DON’T COME TO AMPLIFON BROWNS PLAINS. My mother has had nothing but problems with her hearing aids. They constantly disconnect from her phone, go flat within an hour or 2 after being fully charged. All you get from the staff at Browns Plains is turn them off and on again, connect to the app or come in for an “adjustment” all for them to keep failing. When dealing with browns plain amplifying , I found the communication process poor, we seen 3 different people Up until we received our hearing aids, after paying my $8100 Was advised we get a telephone call Tele conference to see how they going , did not get one. We had to ring them , them got told they ring ,still nothing , until we went down the next day. On my first visit, I was greeted by Lynette, who looked after me during my first initial hearing test. She is a very friendly & professional lady, both on the phone and in person. On my second visit, I was looked after by a very professional, informative, caring young lady audiologist who listened to my long medical history, to ensure she had all of the facts on how to look after my hearing needs. A huge thank you to both ladies, who I will be looking forward to seeing again at my next appointment.
