Today l was so impressed with the help I received from Gail at Amplifon Adelaide. I am on holidays from Queensland and left my hearing aid charger at home. Gail came to my rescue by driving her own private car to our accommodation to deliver a new one. I am very grateful to her for going above and beyond expected
Wow, Gail and Anureet made things so easy. Even when my old employer (since retired) refused to cover the cost to manage my hearing loss, Gail took it up and challenged my old company on their obligations. Next thing I know, Gail is ringing me up advising my hearing aids have been approved and to come in for fitting. Very impressed
