Do not waste your money!! It's basically a very low calorie, low carb diet.
Not an optimal experience. Even the initial treatment is over priced and you don't see results, just for the "doctor " to tell you bluntly you're fat and need to spend thousands more. No thanks. I spent $8.99 on an app and lost 15lbs I wanted (not needed) to in 4 months sticking to the exercises and cutting out pop and extra sugars (still had my snacks every so often). The 2 stars are for the delightful ladies that work there. Otherwise It would be 0.
I signed up for a program and payed a few 1000 dollars with the promise of metabolic supports! As soon as they received my money, there was no longer any contact. This program in my experience a fake
