Dr. Baur performed a test for my son which he needed for the State Police Academy. He is a total professional, great doctor/patient manner, and explained everything he did, in a way one can understand. Makes you feel right at home from the minute you walk in, and a pleasure to shoot the breeze with. Highest recommendation.

Dr Bauer really goes out of his way to make sure everything is right when you get your new hearing aids. I came to him from another provider in our area that was just not as friendly and concerned about the problems I was having with my hearing aids.

I purchased my hearing aid from Dr Baur three years ago and have been extremely satisfied with both the product and more importantly with his service. My warrantee has expired but I continue with Dr Baur because of his helpfulness and personality. There is no high pressure to buy anything. It has been a pleasure to know him.
