Dr. Baur was incredibly thorough. He explained everything about the test and made me feel comfortable throughout the visit. I would highly recommend Dr. Baur for hearing issues.
Frank is an excellent audiologist my daughter has a disability, and Frank is very patient with her and makes her feel very relaxed during the hearing exam
Dr. Baur performed a test for my son which he needed for the State Police Academy. He is a total professional, great doctor/patient manner, and explained everything he did, in a way one can understand. Makes you feel right at home from the minute you walk in, and a pleasure to shoot the breeze with. Highest recommendation.

Dr Bauer really goes out of his way to make sure everything is right when you get your new hearing aids. I came to him from another provider in our area that was just not as friendly and concerned about the problems I was having with my hearing aids.
