This store is by far my favourite furniture store that I have ever been to in my life- not even exaggerating!! Placed an order online which arrived promptly. Opening the package, I cut through the item due to the way it was packed with no care given. Phoned the business to explain what had happened and received a text message back saying it isn’t their fault and nothing can be done. A courtesy phone call would have gone a long way. If the item was packed with care, there would be no issue. Can’t wait to tell everyone I know not to buy from this horrible seller.
