Be prepared to have assertiveness and more willpower than the employees to buy what you want. They do not know specific information about the models they sell. Communication between employees is poor and they don’t seem to be on the same page when coordinating delivery for offsite models not currently at the store. I drove 45 mins up to Bothell ready to purchase an ebike. I spoke with an employee asking to try specific bikes and had question to help chose a bike. Perhaps they were so busy but basically left us hanging with no answered questions nor any help at all to try out the bikes. We ended up just helping ourselves. There were maybe 3 workers that day and even with the thinned out crowd, customer service was sub par. If you're interested in trying out bikes, they do have a big array of inventory. They carry a wide selection and unfortunately are the only dealer for some brands. They now charge a $99 fee. I previously bought a bike through them and the disc came bent. I waited over an hour for them to tinker around with it only to then rub on anti-squeak paste to hide the issue of the breaks not being aligned properly.

I placed my order on 7/30, then I never received anything from them via text/email/call! I went to the store on 9/6 and checked the status of my order, and they told me it would be delivered in the coming week (I assumed they referred to 9/7-9/12) and I should receive the notification from them shortly. However, it still got nothing now! I don't know how long they will take to complete my order!!! (I'm on 9th week waiting now). If this store does care their customers, they should not keep this way! Bought two e-bikes from them under the premise that routine maintenance and repairs during warranty period would be included and they were close by. They assemble new purchases for you, which is nice, although one of the assemblies was a bit shoddy. Then they decided they wouldn't do repairs or maintenance at this location any more and their other location is several miles away with a waiting list many months long for appointments. Regretting my decision to trust them for sure.
