Great selection of e-bikes, knowledgeable and helpful staff. Great pricing! We planned on going to multiple shops and was able to shop for the bikes we wanted to compare here in one place, and test ride all of them. They had the bike we decided on in stock and already built so we didn’t even have to wait or come back to pick it up!
I am so happy with the experience I had at Amped Adventures. I recently assembled an e-bike I had bought several months ago. The second time I rode it, my wheel came off the rim (de-beaded). Another bike shop I called was going to make me wait 2 weeks to take care of it. When I called Amped Adventure, they said I could drop by anytime. I did and they solved the problem in like 5 minutes. Terrible communication, when they do communicate they lie, and they offer zero solutions. No compassion, no sense of urgency, no pride in workmanship, no honor in their word. Disappointed in my service here does not even cover it. I ordered an item direct from Segway on July 3rd. Segway suggested delivering to their trusted dealer, Amped Adventure, and since I wanted to support a local business as well as planned on buying accessories anyway for the item, I figured I would deliver it here and pay them to assemble it and purc... read more
