The staff were friendly and answered any questions. Testing the bikes was simple, quick, and easy. The only downside was when I ordered a bike, it took about a week for it to deliver to the shop and 3 weeks to receive it though the original message was it'd take up to two weeks once received. The shop seems to be managing a large number of orders at a time. So the experience of shopping went smoothly, communication after purchasing was a little lacking, and pick up once it was ready was straightforward.
These guys are amazing. My wife and are both very happy with our E-bikes. We love them. I will recommend to all my family and friends that are in the market.
I really hate to leave a bad review for a small business but I don’t know what other outlet to take at this point. We bought a bike on 5/23 and were told it would be 2-3 weeks. It has now been 7 weeks and we have not heard a peep about our bike. I have called and texted and I only got a response one time and was told it was back ordered by the manufacturer but that it should be in any day and they would prioritize building ours because it’s been so long. Came here and wanted to test out some bikes to purchase. Had the weirdest customer service experience where the employee was friendly when we told him our needs and he brought out a bike for test riding. I came back from the test ride and said I liked the bike but wanted to try a couple more since I have never ridden an electric bike. I asked if he could help us choose a bike compatible with a child carrier and his attitude completely changed, we almost thought it was a joke!
