Absolutely horrible experience with this place. Purchased a scooter from here December of 2024 and bought it because of being explicitly told it had a year warranty. Fast forward to October, it had some issues and wasn’t working, just normal wear and tear. Took it in and they only found out what was wrong after 4 months of constantly bothering them.
