There is a reason these guys are the best in the business... Customer service is second to none, the quality of bikes is amazing and there is a massive range in the showroom to preview. Will be recommending AMPD to anyone in the market for an eBike
The service team did a great job responding to my emails and diagnosing what I thought was a bigger battery problem, but was actually a small issue with a switch. They gave me instructions on how to test an existing switch on my 2 year old Ace Demon, isolating this small part as needing replacement. Following their excellent communication, I received a new switch in the mail and was able to install it myself and get my bike running again. Very thankful for the help I received. Joe
Could not be happier with the customer service provided by Pete and others here. I had many questions about the bike I wanted to order, but as I was too far away from the store, and had test ridden my friends Ampd Bros bike, I knew the bike I wanted, but I had many, many questions. They were happy to answer them all, found out information when they didn't immediately have it to hand, and ultimately, were able to find a bike that was out of stock for me. Bike looks good seams well built. But for the price should come standard with a throttle should have went a FatBoy much better option looking at all my mates. Pay for the of road option so it’s all unlocked even got the dual motor to get more kick nothing think it would come with a throttle.
They offer you $50 to give only a 5 star review which I’m pretty sure is illegal. A decent company would offer $50 to give an honest review. “ Leave a 5-star review for your Ampd Bros purchase, and you'll instantly receive an exclusive $50 voucher! This voucher can be used on any order over $150 within the next 90 days, giving you even more reasons to explore our range of electric bikes, accessories, and parts.” Also I’ve emailed them couple times for support with no reply. IMHO this makes this a suspect business.
