I cannot say enough good things about Elisa! After many months of back issues and failed treatment attempts, my back feels amazing and stronger than ever. She listens so well and gets to the root of the problem - it’s a whole body approach that works. I have been in the fitness industry for almost 20 years and adding AMP to my health toolbox has been a game changer that I wish I had done way sooner!

I’ve been involved in strength training before but by far Elisa’s approach to workouts has been the most creative and effective. She is very encouraging and is able to correctly identify my personal weaknesses and strengths. You won’t find a better place to get in shape no matter your goals or age.
AMP provides me an excellent training, work-out experience while taking into account my body’s limitations and my age. Elisa is patient and flexible. I have been working with her for 4 months now. I can see that I’m stronger, more toned, and especially pain free.
