It was the 1st time I went there. Marcy was my hairdresser. The first day she forgot to cut my hair before giving me the perms so she made another appt with me and never showed up because her family stuff. I went in next day and waited, waited again!!! I never got the hair cut I already paid for and no apologies or refund whatsoever. Marcy has been a hairdresser long enough that she hates her job and doesn't care or respect her clients anymore.
