I do not recommend them as bankruptcy lawyer. I decided to not file bankruptcy as it wasn’t in my best interest and they are refusing to refund me my $600. I handled my issues alone after doing my own research (in which I should have done that before) but after I determined to not move forward I asked for a refund and no one is responding back to me. Set up automatic withdraw to cover my legal fees. Paid in full a few weeks later. Since then I have not been able to speak to a paralegal and they have continued taking money out of my account even though they’ve already been paid in full. About to need another lawyer to handle this place & their abysmal business practices. Can’t even get simple questions answered within two weeks of asking, after handing over thousands of dollars.
Just call someone else. Everything was fine during the original filing process. But it's clear that was just so they could get paid. Once filed it all went down hill. Calls go un answered or returned. The attorney ain't competent enough to return calls regarding the change of address I filed with him multiple times and they can only seem to manage to update it in there own system. And not with the bankruptcy court. Do you selves a favor and go somewhere else!!
