This is my second review of amoroso. Once again, they have gone above and beyond what I was hoping for. They are allowing me to have a small party in a private room for my 90 year old mother who can't leave the facility anymore.I spoke with Jess and she was very helpful and agreeable to my request. Jess has been a godsend my mother fell in the parking lot and she went and helped pick her up which was no easy feat. Roselynn was great! She went upstairs to check on my mom with her phone issues. She charged up my mom's phone and then wheeled her downstairs to call me so I'd know she was ok. Thank you dear
