I completed the “build-a-bench” workshop (6 x days of fun). I had a fantastic experience and have only great things to say about both the course and Among the Trees. Luke (course teacher) is extremely skill, patient, relaxed, funny and one of the best teachers I’ve ever had/witnessed. I will be back for future courses and also reclaimed timber supplies soon. Thanks guys. Keep doing what you’re doing!

I enrolled for the course “Making a Planter Box” as I was a total novice with using power tools. I found it to be a very satisfying experience: a well structured, nicely paced day workshop with a small group, useful tuition, one-on-one instruction and guidance with several power tools, a strong focus on personal safety and an end result of a planter box to be proud of and, more importantly, am comfortable using power drills. I attended the 1 day picture framing course. Luke and Shane were patient, knowledgeable and very helpful. The environment was friendly and relaxed. Highly recommended.
