THE WORSE bank I have ever had to do business with! Every time I use them there is an issue. The atm drive through didn’t work, the drive through wouldn’t give me the amount of money I asked for and made me go inside to get my own money even with providing ids. Don’t get a loan through them either. They denied me a loan, so I went to their lender that they use directly and was approved literally less than 10 seconds with the lowest interest rate I have seen. Wanted to share my experience yesterday of great customer service that Sarah and Nicole gave, without a doubt they went above and beyond the call of duty with positive attitude and very friendly. Went to Amoco in LC off 96 the workers in there was so freaking polite and nice 5 star
Someone stole my wallet and was using my debit for purchases. I tried using the app to freeze the card but no one ever told me I would have to link the debit card to the account to put a hold onto the card. I went into the bank and explained to the teller "someone stole my wallet, I need to dispute the charges and get a replace debit card" and the teller responds "ok do you have your debit card with you?"
