I have been a member for decades. Over the past several years it has become almost impossible to reach someone via phone. They seldom call back and you are put on hold for a long time. With the low to no interest you earn on your savings or checking, I wonder why they cannot afford to answer the phones as my two other banks do.
I can only say great things about Amoco I’ve been with them for more then 5yrs and have had car loans as well and never had an issue.All their employees are always so nice and friendly.
