Wanted to share my experience yesterday of great customer service that Sarah and Nicole gave, without a doubt they went above and beyond the call of duty with positive attitude and very friendly. Went to Amoco in LC off 96 the workers in there was so freaking polite and nice 5 star
Someone stole my wallet and was using my debit for purchases. I tried using the app to freeze the card but no one ever told me I would have to link the debit card to the account to put a hold onto the card. I went into the bank and explained to the teller "someone stole my wallet, I need to dispute the charges and get a replace debit card" and the teller responds "ok do you have your debit card with you?"
