I love this credit union. I highly recommend it to everyone. All the members have the right to save money and invest it as they wish!!! I thank God for this credit union!!! Keisha Hamilton was very helpful, kind and patient today. I recommend calling on video instead of calling through the phone because it’s much simpler.
Well I waiteld no one served me so I left to go to another bank
They use to be a good bank. But they are not now anymore, I banked with them for years. It’s been so long I can’t remember. Just be careful. with them I had a bank account with them and they closed it because they said it’s got written down as a scam, it’s not a scam they just don’t understand. They closed my account and they don’t communicate with me. They just keep telling me there’s no account. And the only way I can get an account is to open a savings and I have to go inside to do deposits and take out the savings accoun... read more
I had an urgent issue that was very time sensitive and Briana G. was able to get her manager to put together what I needed and had it all emailed to me while I was still on the phone with her. She was fantastic. I believe Briana mainly works at the admin building for Amoco.
