SHELBY 11 – WORST SERVICE EVER - ZERO PERSONALITY Walked into the place at 2:41 p.m. on Tuesday, July 29th, and couldn’t have been greeted by a colder representative. She huffed and puffed when asked simple, basic questions about the products. Clearly an unhappy person, which made the experience unpleasant. There was a lovely young lady working at the establishment next door who should be working at this place 24/7. Shelby 11. You need a whole attitude adjustment and to go back to customer service training. #BadAttitude
The most bestest dispensary in town love the products and love the atmosphere and also love how all the employees treat you like family and get on first name basis I really enjoy the respectfulness The great customer service it is my one and only dispensary I go to I’ve stopped going to all the other ones I’ve gone to because this one feels like home
Sometimes takes awhile to receive your order gotta sit and wait but I’m patient. Pretty good quality!
