We used to order illy coffee from the other seller prior to covid. After Covid Ammirati took over , and things just got bad. They charge $45 for the shipping , even if my order is over $500. Ridiculous! Also, they mess up with our card , charged me twice for the same order. When I called the company and requested a refund all I was said , is to call the bank and make them reverse the transaction. So , to get the money back they falsely charged us I have to wait 10 days.
