I’ve really been enjoying the classes! Since starting, I’ve felt more motivated and have stayed consistent — something I’ve always struggled with. The instructors are so encouraging and they create such a positive, welcoming atmosphere. I’m already starting to see results and, more importantly, I feel so much better within myself. This has been such a great experience and I’m genuinely excited to keep going!
Very professional set up with excellent interaction from instructors
Nice venue, friendly PTs and great atmosphere in the group sessions, there’s a mix of new and regulars. Everyone’s made to feel welcome and I am a lot stronger just after a month. I’d recommend to anyone in the area 🤝
