If you live between Delnor and Mercy, go to Delnor. I have lived in Aurora unfortunately since 2002. I have gone there twice. Once when my baby had a high fever and rash over his trunk and no one could figure it out. These stupid, reckless, unprofessional nurses stuck my baby over ten times to try and get a vein when they had a phlebotomist on staff. You MORONS! Dr. Thomas & his staff are amazing! He treats his patients with respect, dignity, honesty & maintains their trust. He takes care of my dad & took care of my mother in law. He doesn't rush you,he spends as much time as needed.I called & left message to to pass on to him prior to my dads appt. next day. The next day we were waiting for doc to come in. I was disappointed I hadn't heard back about the message I left but I was not surprised as I have never gotten a call back by the next day & usually its from the nurse or assista... read more
This is not a serious option for an ER. Took my daughter there for an injury. Watched very sick people walk out and/or get ignored or treated rudely by RNs. They took all tests quickly then sent us back to waiting room for over 3 hours to get results, treatment. Waiting room was filthy and uncleaned. They just couldn't handle the ER at all. Find someplace else if you really have an emergency.

I had 3 MRI's this month (August 2016) at this facility and Dave was one of the most professional and comforting medical techs I have ever dealt with. The results were in my doctor's office very quickly as well. Definitely going there for all future MRI's and will be requesting Dave. Thank you for the opportunity to let Dave know how appreciated he is.
My nephew used this hospital and he has not had a complaint yet..... As a matter of fact he is laying in one of the beds now. He could have chose another place but he chose here
