Paid $400 to rent out a room/trailer. Walked inside. Looked as if someone moved out, and it was never cleaned. Smelled like fermented marijuana. Beds had bed bugs. I would not recommend. Restroom was horrendous. I kindly asked the lady in charge Noemi Espinoza for a refund and she told me they did not give refunds. I did not stay a single night and was robbed of $412 hard earned money. Note I did not sign a lease agreement, and further more texted me a invoice only after I asked for a refund.
