They are very helpful. Alexander showed us many styles of chairs and showed us how they worked. He didn't hover and let us look on our own. We know we will get great quality furniture.
It is such great quality of furniture and then wonderful customer service to add. I'm glad we decided to stop after looking at the other places in town.
