I had a great experience (as I did last summer when I purchased two custom-made chairs) ! I was shown exactly what I was looking for and asked about different upholstery colors. Dave (I believe that was his name) showed me the notebook containing all the shades that were available. I made my choice quickly. We transacted the sale and I talked the poor man’s ear off for almost 30 minutes. He was very lenient about my going on and on. I have recommended Amish Furniture Gallery to lots of my friends.
I was very discouraged with what I felt was poor communication and the seven months it took to receive my bed frame, but spoke with Matt this afternoon as he followed up and feel great how he accepted responsibility for things falling through the cracks. Very honorable and much appreciated. THANK YOU!
Worst experience I’ve ever had. I am a repeat customer and it just took over 7 months to get a bed frame made. Was told by the Sales person that I would get a good discount for being so patient-Nothing! Was told by the Manager that they would also take care of the delivery charge-That didn’t happen either! I guess now that they have my money and I finally have my bed frame they figure they don’t need to respond to my messages anymore. Frustrating to say the least!
