We were in the market for a durable outdoor furniture set, and were referred to Amish Guild. What a great experience to shop with them, no pressure, and they take the time to help you think through everything for the space you’re trying to furnish. We received delivery a week early, and we can’t stop sitting on our patio furniture. We will definitely be back in the future and I feel confident in referring friends and family To them as the customer service and expertise is A++. Thank you Stephan and Laura!
Exceeded our expectations! The quality and craftsmanship are outstanding. Well worth it, especially with the strong winds and storms we get in our area. Outstanding customer service.
I can not say enough good things about the Amish Craftsmen Guild and the products they put out. I started collecting their furniture in 2023 and started with two Adirondack chairs. I received two swivel gliding chairs, ottomans and table for a wedding gift and I absolutely loved them! Until I needed to get them repaired. It has taken me 6 months, over 20 pictures and I’m still no closer to having my chairs repaired or even an estimate of how much it will cost. I’m on my 3rd customer service rep “helping” me. It’s been so frustrating that I’m ready to just throw in the towel. The furniture is wonderful, but hopefully you never need anything repaired or fixed.
We've purchased 3 large sets of furniture from this company. All are quality built, stand up to the elements with ease, are low maintenance people always compliment us on the look and quality. Well worth all the money spent.
