Purchased a bench/cubby for our mud room and Rod worked with us to get the size just right to customize it. A friendly and strong crew just delivered it and it is perfect! They even dusted it before they left!! Very happy with our purchase!!!
Waste of time trying to contact them. They don't respond to emails and don't answer the phone. Response to owner: Yes, it was for sure this store. I spoke with Sandy who was supposed to get the order quote about 3 different times. Weeks go by, she never called me back, never emailed back. She blamed it on the Amish and their limitations on use of internet. I emailed the sales dept and Sandy directly, nothing, not even status update.
