2025 I spoke w/Catherine in sales and another woman in sales who was from a sister property helping. I enjoyed both alot and my family switched gears and were looking at higher licensed properties. Sagewynn and it's wonderful staff are truly a blessing and I can't say how grateful I am to have them close by. To know there are such wonderful people looking over my mother, helping her stay engaged with those around her, and keeping her mind as active as possible is such a relief. As a son and as a physician who knows how vulnerable this population is and how much they can benefit from great care, I can't say enough about Sagewynn.
My mother is on the Memory Care side and she loves it. The facility is very clean and the only smells you get are the aroma of good food. They have a lovely common area decorated like something out of New Orleans or Main Street Disney. This fun common area is filled with long tables containing coloring or puzzle projects for the residents and a large fake tree which reaches to the baby blue ceiling. Having changed ownership a few times since my mom moved to this facility I can honestly say the current management is the best yet. The facility is lovely but it is the people that matter and the staff are wonderful and attentive. They’ve become like family and I rest very easy (now!) with my mom living there. She loves her friends - residents and staff, and has her perfect mix of social time and “alone time” - whatever she’s in the mood for.
