This place is horrible and super unprofessional. I’ve been waiting on my taxes for months. I’ve been speaking to Rachel and everyone has been ignoring me and leaving me on scene during Messages if you want to do your taxes and get them quickly in a professional manner, this place is not for you horrible service and horrible lack of communication
My dad has been using Rachel for a few years. This year, the IRS wrote him a letter stating he owed money. We have tried to call, but there's no way to leave a message. He left a note on the door, someone took it down but didn't call. HORRIBLE service. There is no way to get in touch with anyone. Ridiculous that they are not there to serve their customers after they take their money. Now I have to start from scratch to see what is going on with my dad's taxes. You should refund his money!!!
