Increíble que como cliente no obtengo respuesta de ustedes he llamado mil veces en días diferentes, he escrito por correo electrónico! No me parece justo que contesten las llamadas y me digan: "un momento señora" y no en una si no en varias ocasiones. Este era mi segundo año haciendo taxas en este lugar pero estoy muy decepcionada! Honestly, this place is very unprofessional. They should really work on an appointment basis instead of letting customers just walk in and sign in. I walked in early in the afternoon, signed myself in, and I was told that I would be attended in about eight hours. I asked the front desk girl around what time should I return? She told me to come back around 8 o’clock so that’s what I did. I didn’t sat in the Waiting area for three hours just to be told around 1030 1045 that myself and a few others won’t be attended. This is my second year coming to amigo Hispano income tax. They all are super friendly and welcoming. Highly recommend them to everyone.
Very professional, they make sure to go through everything, so you can get everything that is owed to you. Been coming for years, highly recommend.
