My God, stay as far away as possible from this place!! They are very poorly run!! Staff is totally useless!! They provide tray service to the room and 90% of the time don't bring utensils. Can not count how many times I had to call the general manager about tray service (which you pay extra for) being HOURS LATE or not showing up at all for my ailing mother.
