We are a private agency that provides one-on-one support to seniors and have had the chance to support a client in the memory unit at Amica. The Amica team is great to work with and collaborates well with our caregivers. They care deeply about their residents and also make sure our caregivers are supported! Great place and staff.

It is time for Amica Dundas to admit that their dining and meal department is not what they advertise. There have been years of excuses for long line ups for the dining room, slow service, hit and miss food quality, Bistro out of snacks and no leadership among servers who are doing their best to please a very forgiving clientele. Dining should be a highlight just as advertised and that is just not he case.

We recently moved our parents into Amica. What a tremendous experience! Mary, our main point of contact, was extremely knowledgeable and so very helpful. Any questions were responded to with top shelf professionalism! This has been a stressful time for obvious reasons, but the transition has been seamless. The facility and staff are wonderful. Although there will be adjustments, we are looking forward to a great experience at Amica Dundas.
