Kind of a weird, disappointing experience. I went here looking for a kiln shelf and some posts. Once I called the number and Fred? came out, I asked for a 14 1\2" square kiln shelf. He just says "we don't have those", and then just stared at me. I told him okay, but your website says you do custom cut shelves (and it does say it). Could I get one custom cut in a 14 and 1/2 in square? He says okay, let me check. It'll take about 15 minutes. Honestly, I hate to write a bad review for any business but I've just had it with this place. Don't expect a typical retail experience here. The owner is impossible to deal with, open hours are misleading or not up to date. I've been turned away multiple times even when I've called ahead to be sure they're open. Its just not worth the trouble, which is too bad because there aren't any other ceramic supply stores in the area.
