They’re pretty much the only supplier around, but working with Fred can be difficult, to say the least. At one point, I was asked to yell my debit card PIN across the room while other people were in the office, which was very uncomfortable and unprofessional. Kind of a weird, disappointing experience. I went here looking for a kiln shelf and some posts. Once I called the number and Fred? came out, I asked for a 14 1\2" square kiln shelf. He just says "we don't have those", and then just stared at me. I told him okay, but your website says you do custom cut shelves (and it does say it). Could I get one custom cut in a 14 and 1/2 in square? He says okay, let me check. It'll take about 15 minutes.
