I went to Amherst Hypnosis for help with depression and self-esteem after an emotionally abusive relationship ended. I just wasn't coping on my own, and don't believe in covering up emotions with medication. Louis Ciola was a great help and I would not hesitate to go again should I ever be in need. Louis helped me stop smoking and I lost weight as an added bonus. He is so kind and understanding and can put anyone at ease with hypnosis. I would recommend him without reservation. Another bonus...Louis is less expensive than the other hypnotherapists. He has certifications from schools that teach this form of therapy.
