I went to Amherst Hypnosis for help with depression and self-esteem after an emotionally abusive relationship ended. Louis helped me stop smoking and I lost weight as an added bonus. He is so kind and understanding and can put anyone at ease with hypnosis. I would recommend him without reservation. Another bonus...Louis is less expensive than the other hypnotherapists. He has certifications from schools that teach this form of therapy.
