Would seriously encourage you to do a lot of thinking if you want to place a loved one here. We were seriously disappointed and cried at how some of the residents were treated.
My dad loves this care home. He's happy, I'm happy. The staff clearly like my dad, they remember him by name, all of them. The care is very good, his room is always clean and tidy. Dad tells me the food is very good. Staff always are happy to help. I think this is one of the best care homes in Medway. The café on the ground floor really helps because my dad feels like he's been out, even though he has been in the same building all the time. A really caring care home.
Lovely care home with high standards of care. Always willing to help and assure relatives and they go out their way to provide excellent service.
My mum recently passed away having spent almost six years in Amherst Court. From day one, the staff have been nothing short of amazing and, during her final days, they went above and beyond, extending their care to me and my family for which we’ll be forever grateful. Simply the loveliest people and the best care you can get.
