Stupid company they need whole day to load you…. Becareful stay away from them

It is some parking on the street. Good for two trucks if there are no cars there. I arrived at 10:30 and now it is almost 6pm!!! 3h for loading and the rest of the time waiting for paperwork. Very badly organized shipping office. Paperwork takes forever to get. I don't know the reason to have computers there because writing all paperwork by hand will be 10 times quicker.
This company is an absolute joke. My appointment was at 9:00 AM—I showed up on time, and they made me wait for over 3 damn hours with no explanation. When they finally decided to acknowledge me, they told me to go back outside and wait another hour. Are you kidding me? The people working here have no clue what they’re doing completely disorganized, rude, and incompetent. Total clowns running the show. If you value your time and sanity, stay far away from this disaster of a place.
