Dan is a really awesome and very respectful person. He is very fair and very unbiased. He keeps his Kewl no matter how the mediation is unfolding. I just hope Dan realized that despite my situation that my actions were not at all directed towards him. I will have to say thank you Dan for your assistance and amazing hospitality

I met Mr. Amerson by coincidence today or perhaps by fate. I was out looking for an attorney which is right next to his office. The young lady in the suite next to him told me the attorney in her office moved and is now a judge. She suggested that I go next door and speak to Mr. Amerson. He instantly welcomed me into his office and after letting him know I was there to get a referral for an attorney his demeanor never changed. We used Dan twice for mediation and it never worked. He charged us for booking a half day even though going in I knew we wouldn't be able to agree and it shouldn't take half a day. He wouldn't let us leave the mediation until an agreement was made, even though I didn't want to agree because I knew my ex wouldn't follow through. I explained to Dan the second time we were in his office for mediation that my ex didn't follow through the first time so I didn't trust him the second time, but he still refused.
