Found Phil whilst randomly searching (and hoping) for a decent sports massage in the area. Honestly so grateful that I did. Made me feel very comfortable & treated a problem I’d been having issues with for a while, which has really helped. Needless to say I’ll be back!

Phil was excellent, very professional and extremely helpful. Over a few sessions he has manage to restore hip mobility I had lost due to injuries and tight muscles. Will definitely return when I need to
Phil was helped me in preparation for, and recovery from, several ultra marathons. Massage every other week in the lead up to races loosened muscles and relieved pain (ITBS and tight calves). Without him I likely wouldn't have finished all the races. Thank you!
